I've seen these in stores, at work, and on the girls in my Jr. High Sunday School class. They're called "gauchos," but many of them are just like culottes. Boy, I went to Christian school about 10 years too early. When I needed them for gym, camp, etc..., my mom usually made them because no one sold them.
